We have designed the complaint form in such a way that we can process as many complaints remotely as possible - without the need to return the goods to us. After reviewing the application, our technician may ask you to ship the goods to our address, but it is our intention to limit such cases.

Write down the maximum allowed loads for both axles of your car. You will find this data only on the car's nameplate. The commonly used coding is 1 - XXXX kg / 2 - XXXX kg, where respectively "1 -" is the maximum allowed front axle load and "2 -" is the maximum allowed rear axle load.
