FAQ

Is a minimum order required?

WWhen working with us, you don't have to worry about whether you've reached the minimum order level, because we don't have such requirements. You can order our products in any quantity and frequency throughout the year.

Do you offer territorial exclusivity?

Our policy of cooperation with Distributors does not provide for exclusivity. Our experience to date has shown us that this is not necessary for the Distributor to be able to gradually develop its business by selling MTS Technik products.

What forms of payment do you accept?

The platform dedicated to our Distributors allows you to pay for your order already at the stage of placing it. You can do this by paying by credit card, Google Pay or traditional bank transfer. Additionally, for Distributors located in Poland, we offer a cash on delivery service.

How can a dealer place an order?

We have created a dedicated B2B platform for our Distributors, where you can place orders in a simple and intuitive way, with shipping to your headquarters or directly to the customer.

What conditions must be met to appear on the distributor map?

To appear on the distributor map (black pin) your turnover cannot be less than PLN 40,000 (EUR 10,000/USD 10,000) in the last 12 months of our cooperation.

What is the range of lowering of your suspensions?

We design our suspensions to provide the maximum technically permissible lowering. We prioritize the safety and usability of the products we offer. In many sets, we use unique solutions that allow their user to be satisfied with the level of lowering, combined with the pleasure of driving on MTS Technik suspension.

How does your complaint process work?

In the event of technical problems with our product, simply fill out the intuitive online form, which you will find on your profile on our B2B platform. We realize how important the time factor is for the customer. Therefore, in the vast majority of cases we are able to consider the claim based on the visual materials provided, without the need to physically return the product to us, which would immobilize the customer's car. Your customer can also contact us directly with a problem, saving you time.

Do you allow the return of goods?

Of course. You have 40 days to return goods that were not installed on the car. To do this, simply fill out the online form available on your profile on our B2B platform.

How can I import your offer to my online store?

Our offer is very wide. We realize that manually adding it to your online stores can be very time-consuming. Therefore, to meet your needs, we offer you a number of base files characterized by high detail of descriptions, photos and product features.
